"SmartSC" is an optimization control system that maximizes the full potential of batteries through the prediction of surplus power in a self-consumption system that combines solar power generation and storage batteries. By consuming the power stored in advance based on surplus predictions derived from generation and load forecasts, it maximizes "surplus utilization" while maintaining a high charging rate of the batteries. Additionally, it leverages the high charging rate to reduce basic electricity charges through "peak cutting," and maximizes "power supply to critical loads" as a BCP during disasters.
